Corporation law; is the field of law in which the establishment, structure, capitalization, type, representation and termination of a corporation and the rights and obligations of the shareholders against each other are determined. In this context, it is essential to examine especially capital companies (joint stock companies and limited companies) and private companies (collective companies and limited companies) and also the cooperatives and common partnership provisions.
In addition to the company's main contract and the official transactions, important legal transactions are also carried out in the partnership (shareholder) agreements between partners. With these agreements, significant debt relationships are established between the parties that are not reflected to third parties and various commitments are made. These contracts should also be arranged in accordance with their objectives and characteristics.
Although the rules set out by the corporations in their articles of association are fundamental, the implementation is guided in line with the case law established by the Supreme Court of Appeals within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Turkish Code of Obligations. Also, lex mercatoria sources related to international trade such as ICC Regulations, INCOTERMS, UNIDROIT are taken into consideration and are applied on the basis from time to time.

Foreign subsidiaries of the investments to be made in Turkey or the Turkish citizens and companies of the investments to be made in a foreign country, establishment of a legal organization according to the legislation of the relevant countries and the legal process must be carried out in the framework of this organization.
